“ Letting go means to come to the realization that some people are a part of your history, but not a part of your destiny” ~ Steve Maraboli
I’m in a “mojo” to release my “old” story to create a better one.
Over the years I’ve invited and welcomed so many people to my life… Positive ones, negative ones, givers, takers, users, selfless, selfish, smart, not so smart, high demanding, low demanding, “black hole”, genuine, shady, nice, mean, envy, humble, pretentious, jealous, social escalator, and the list goes on and on… So, because of that I have experienced many disappointments with people, for me trusting others and taking them at their word, only to be let down...but even a broken leg won't stop me dancing!. I will keep my pace, not looking back.
And these days I've become more and more picky about who I want to spend time with and who I invite to my life, and I’m doing this all with the mindset of building something bigger than myself. Not just a collection of people, but a community…A tribe!
Imagine if yourself lived your whole life on a boat—think Noah’s ark! Just as Noah was in charge of filling his ark with animals, you would be in charge of curating the crew on yours. Who would you invite to weather the storm with you? How would they work together in close quarters? You’d want to choose people who are strong, positive, resilient … people who wouldn’t drive you or anybody else crazy after a few days at sea. Inevitably, you would have to turn some people away.
So in real life, we are all at the helm of our own arks, determining who we allow into our lives to join us for the ride, because people come and go but the right ones will always stay… And everyone who’s in your life are meant to be in your journey, but not all of them are meant to stay till the end.
So when the season is over we have to learn to bless and release all the negative and toxic people from our lives and be grateful for the lessons learned.
“Let him have all your worries and cares.”

Are you at the Breaking Point?
In the movie Limitless, actor Bradley Cooper discovers a wonder drug that opens up the entire capacity of his brain. He can learn languages and complex math in a fraction of the time it takes normal people. He can recall almost anything he’s read or seen. He can analyze more quickly and more in depth than the best financial gurus. He is limitless. And he leverages his ability to earn millions of dollars and achieve great success. You’re probably thinking . Where can I get some of these pills?” Seriously , today over 50 percent of people are stressed out by their relationships. Over 60 percent are stressed out by their work. Over 70 percent are stressed out by money. If you’re saying, I’ve hit the trifecta!” Here’s the word for you today: “Let him have all your worries and cares, for he is always thinking about you and watching everything that concerns you. “ You say, “if you saw my schedule, you’d know why I’m at the breaking point .” Who sets your schedule each day? One of three people will. Either somebody else is going to set your schedule, or you are going to set your schedule, or you cab go to God and ask Him to set your schedule. One of the reasons God allows us to reach the breaking point is to force us to come to Him for guidance, for strength, and for direction. There’s plenty in life that you can’t handle, but there’s nothing in life you and God can’t handle together. The secret is in handling only the things God wants you to handle , and entrusting the rest to Him.
